With the new achievement system implemented, it is safe to say that now Molten Core once again is burning hot, And I see increasing numbers go there, and the interest for coming with a guild there, is also rising. You might say: "what can Molten Core offer me?" Well easier to say, what can it not offer you, and aswer would be nothing =P
1. Hydraxian Waterlords reputation (only way to get exalted with them is running MC)
2. Thorium Brotherhood reputation (all reputation stops at honored, then only possibility is to turn in drops from MC)
3. First kill on Ragnaross will ofcourse grand you the achievement for him
4. The fights are truly epic, and the quest chain for summoning last two bosses are epic. I can tell you, nothing in BC has been like this, not karazhan eaz mode key, MH or BT attunement. This is/was the real deal.
5. There are actually money to be made there. And quite a few. (Depending on how we destribute loot)
6. Ragnaross drops an item used to craft both legendary mace and sword
I have been gathering the mats for hand of ragnaross for my lvl 60 warrior in a long time now. It includes collecting Ingots from Golemagg, that dont has a great drop chance. Final thing I need, is the eye of Ragnaros, which has a very low drop rate, and are BoP

Now there isnt an actually attunement for MC, people just call it that. There is a quest for a fast summoning from the blood elf outside BRD, so you dont have to clear all way through BRD to get into MC. I am not sure wether or not this has been removed, so all are allowed to take the summon

You will need to do the 2 first quest he offers, and then when turning in, he will give you the MC quest chain, which involves slaying trash mobs, and then 4 first bosses.
