Just some quick notes i found on the net
Found this image for positioning during the fight perhaps it will help.
Yellow=Melee.
Blue=Casters.
Red=Eye-beam safe run area.
Shaman or hunter with nature resistence up will reduce raid damage
A mage casting demping magic on range dps to reduce the eye beam damage.
The rubble must be destroyed by AOE damage because of a aura that will destroy melee and quickly kill tanks.

While 'a picture paints a thousand words' I very much believe boss fight videos should always be accompanied by a written strategy. Sometimes the video makes part of a written guide much clearer but a lot of the time (at least I find it so) the written guide makes the video guide clearer.
With that in mind, Bosskillers.com guide to Kologarn
I'll post the Bosskillers strategies in the threads for the other bosses tomorrow.

A big issue on the Kologarn fight, many people forgets, is either changing target back to the right arm, or don't avoid the Eye Beam.
A nice tactic we used in Deathsworn on our first kill, was standing in a triangle (Healers and Casters), so people who got the Eye beam, can run to the right side (Where the left arm is).
Also, the adds should be killed before the right arms is destroyed for the second time, or the Add tank would most likely die.
